Is accidental touching considered a form of flirting?

I have a crush on a guy friend, and recently we have been touching each other a lot. For example, when I hand him something, our fingers end up touching. The last time we met, we were filming a video, and we would exchange roles every now and then, and every time I took the phone from his hand, or vice versa, we would touch each other’s hands. Also, when I hold my phone, he I take him from my hand and then we touch each other as well.. Is this considered a sign or what? Do guys usually do this and feel it or not, especially since they did not do this before, but I noticed it recently.

Absolutely considered a form of flirting. Us men take any opportunity we can to touch a girl we like. Sometimes this can be in the form of fingers touching, touching you with our hand when we make a joke, hand over the shoulder, hugs, cuddles, anything. If we had zero interest in you, we wouldn't even bother.
