Should I keep ignoring someone?

There’s this woman that was my friend but she’s recently offended me. It crossed a line to me and I think she’s a snake now. A couple months ago a coworker was sexually harassing me and I wrote a formal complaint. I asked this friend to read over it to make sure I was effectively getting my point across. She said what I wrote is fine and then she followed up with I can always leave. I said yeah but I don’t have anywhere to go right now or I would. Then she continues to say employers may find it weird you’ve had an incident at every job I’ve worked. Firstly I have not had an incident at every job I’ve worked it’s only been three out of ten. I was really offended and I didn’t even bother following up with her because to me it seems like she’s jealous and not a really good friend. She’s been reaching out because it’s my birthday and this has been the only year out of six that I’ve know her that she’s actually gotten it right. Should I respond or keep ignoring?
