It is an aura that she possesses. For some it is a prevailing feminine energy that dismantles any male and woman as her intent is for the best of all whether Company, Team, Client, or Peer. She gets what she asks for mostly because her Charisma does indeed benefit others…She brings a smile and a known proficiency with her to all places. No one wants her to leave but many want to have her even if promotion is required to get her into their department.
Charisma at work in personal and work lives…. indescribable but apparent when one sees it…

Everything Feminist say not be. Search Proverbs Wife and handle your Affairs that way Personally and Professionally then you will dismantle many. They look forward to you, miss you, respond first to you because it truly benefits them too etc…Graciousness does not mean “walked over”.-it’s so rare that it captures people when linked with competency and achievement.

My feeling is that a woman with charisma believes in herself, isn't afriad to show who she is, what she wants, and is genuinely affectionate with those who know her, is respectable, and assertive without being aggressive. She may also be attractive to men (and to women). That's what it is to me.
