Girls, do you like to test guys to determine if they are truly the right person for you?

Like deliberately create situations unknown to the guy and see if he passes your test or not.

it might not be deliberate at times to and more as a defense mechanism so you aren't disappointed in him or hurt later

here's a couple examples from this list here

1. A girl might stop showing interest as much as she used to so she can see how the guy will react. And hopes he's really as into her as he says he is.

2. A woman might be “moody” on purpose just to see how you are going to react to her. Are you going to stay confident? She’s looking to see if you are emotionally strong enough to handle pressure in a social situation.

I test guys but more on a subconscious level, not purposely

I do not test guys at all

Depends on the guy, some i will test, others i feel they dont need to be tested

I still deliberately test my SO & we have a kid together. Mostly my tests are "how long is it going to take for him to take the GOD DAMN, MOTHER FUCKING TRASH OUT?" Or I'll tell him the baby has given me a hard time today & the kitchen is a mess, so I'll see if he's willing to do the dishes for me or if he will take the baby so I can be alone for an hour or so.

I take the garbage out & clean the kitchen with a screaming infant in the background. And he doesn't get laid. Pretty simple lol

I'm not a hard girl to read, it's all over my face when he fails. He knows. I've told him as much, multiple times.

Yeah, its nice to do those tests, I just dont like asking questions. I rather create situations/scenarios to see what he'd do. Sometimes I'll immediately lose interest in a guy because he failed one or more of those tests.

Don't test, cause people that test often make up scenarios that no one can answer until in that situation. The ones like, if you can only save one person who would you pick. I refuse to answer that question unless I'm in that exact situation at that exact time... because they are lose lose answers. No matter what you say they will hold it against you forever.

Since I hate that happening to me, I won't do that to anyone else either.

I've done that but it wasn't on purpose. I got some pleasant surprises and other times I realized that I had to give up on the guy.

Not on purpose, but how they react if something bad happened during the date. Eg. Traffic is bad. Waiter brings wrong thing. I spill something on their clothes.

Not consciously, but I although I don't look for it I do notice things like how a guy treats others - like wait staff. I don't think of that as testing people within the context of your question.

Well its like some implicit test cause i can bet in her mind she might be thinking something along the lines of ‘hmm ok lets see how he handles this’ and if he managed well she thinks ‘yes!’ Or something.

So not something she deliberately does but when the opportunity comes she pays extremely lose attention. And what he does might affect her attraction to him in some way.

I would ask about his past relationships to see if he has any baggage for one. I’ve also had my sisters meet my date. This was fun and we did this for each other. If we were not on the date and just meeting the guy we would dress provocatively, much more than if we were the one on the date.
