Before I go on, I'm asking whether you *think* she was likely to be drunk. I know I can ask her, but I'm asking your opinions.

My girlfriend sent me a message late last night, just after midnight saying "I miss you". Just that.

Seems kind of sweet in my opinion. Wouldn’t think she’s drunk. If you have been in a relationship for a while and this is not some thing that just started up within the last week or two, I would find this very endearing. Perhaps she wanted to send it in the middle of the night so you would wake up and see it, hoping that it would put a smile on your face. I used to do that with my husband when we were dating.
