Does she want to see me hurt by keep stalking me?

She broke up with me and It's been more than 2 months. She won't forgive me over a small criticism towards her behavior, guess I've hurt her feelings, I did that because actually I care for her, and I've apologized so many times because I wanted to save the relationship but in the end she asked me to leave, so I gave her the broke up, I walked away, I went no contact and tried to move on.

It's so difficult since I went no contact, I keep thinking of her because we haven't blocked each other yet on social media, I won't block her because we are in the same working environments and everytime I see her name on the "who's viewed my stories", it makes me harder to move on lol. During these hard times she always stalks me and never missed a single story until now. While I never see hers and always avoid her social media activities. Although sometimes I've seen her on her feeds, she has changed her hairstyle, posted about moving on, exaggerating hapiness etc, I always avoid her and never liked or commented on any of her posts.

I know I shouldn't worry about this over and over and just moving on lol. But out of curiosity and just being nosy, why she keeping tabs on me? Does she want me to beg her to comeback? Or does she actually want to see me hurt? Waiting for me to post something sad, hurt, bitter quotes etc on social media to satisfy her? If so, why is she being vindictive?
