I always wore "boy short" panties when I played volleyball in school. But wear what makes you confident & comfortable on the court.

Thongs could work. Or boy shorts. I played volley ball when i was in high school but it was for fun, not competition.

I use to wear regular panties in 6th grade, then thong in 7th grade but starting in 8th grade I went commando and realized it is 10x more comfortable.
