Girls, why are my gf’s feet so cracked and dry?

One of the things I notice the most in a partner is their feet. But my gf’s feet are always dry (she keeps rubbing them together), a bit cracked and even have some callus, which is quite a turn-off. She has pedicures often, but I think they just do the toenails. What does she need to do? How can I mention this without making her feel bad?

If she’s around the same age as you, then it’s perfectly normal. I don’t know what your girlfriend is like but if I had cracked dry feet and it bothered my boyfriend, I would appreciate it if he was straight forward and said to me that it bothers him, and that he’d like me to look into some feet care routines or see someone that can help with it. There are places you can go where they treat your feet and scrape all the dead skin away, and recommend specific moisturisers.

She’s a few years younger than me. Maybe the fact that she mostly wears heels and never ever wears socks can be the reason?

Women who wear heels a lot always have cracked feet. It’s very normal. Not wearing socks doesn’t make much of a difference, heels damage your feet. I barely wear heels and my feet have never been cracked.
