In work last Thursday I confronted a worker who is constantly phoning in poorly or coming up with lame excuses about "childcare" only whenever you see the chav in work she's perfectly fine and dandy! I am sick and tired of having to pick up the slack for her non appereances she has now gone "part time" which would also mean a greater work load for me.
I confronted her in the cafeteria on my lunch where she was sat on her own laughing on facetime without a care in the world! I told her "This is a miraculous recovery isn't it" she then gave me some excuse about being "exhausted" to which I said "Your 21 - quit being a lazy scruff and do some work". She has then referenced my absenses which were totally different and then called me an "Angry loud mouth angry piece of Dorito dust" People laughed like it was funny at which point I snapped and pushed her back , I then went to slap her but she grabbed my arm and pushed a Cream cake in my face. Forhead to chin of the stuff.
My manager has been suspended until the end of the week, and may yet fire me. He said I "crossed the line" meanwhile she assaulted me and is in my place, if she hasn't phoned in sick.
