To handle it, you must control your mind. Think rational like you shouldn't envy this person or something because they are worthless.

Yes, jealousy is a real emotion. Sometimes it is underpinned by covetousness. When we crave or desire what others have we often get jealous. I work out a lot and try to clear my mind. Focusing on my life and not others is helpful. Sometimes, one has to remove oneself from those people, places, and things that make us feel this way. Jealousy can consume you and mess-up other areas of your life. Be careful and good luck with managing it !!
