I am seeing lots of women having smaller boobs like the girls who are 20 plus and do not seem to be developed physically like well endowed as earlier beautiful women were

Does this have something to do with new generation girls not wanting to be moms or wanting family so their bodies are limiting themselves from growing into fully feminine as they have internalised the idea.
