Okay, hm sorry to hear for him! That is not really okay, no. Maybe the other guy wasn't experienced with it really? That stuff should not happen of course. We usually agree on certain holds you can use and which not. Then we start pinning each other down, and if you are stuck for lets say 10 seconds or when you give up the other one gets a point. It is quite controlled in that way :)
