Girls with small waist catch my eyes as their shape is good. And fully clothed, without all their junk hanging out everywhere, makes me wonder the specifics a little bit... we might stare while thinking BUT we are not crazy !!! Make sense?

A lot of things could, how well she dresses, how radiant her smile is, if she has a nice hairdo, maybe she's talking about something I like. there's myriad things a girl does/has that could catch my attention.
