Ever have someone instigate and pick fights with you just to provoke a fight to get your attention?

Somebody I know has been purposely trying to provoke and pick fights with me this past hour on Instagram. She's been deliberately instigating trouble posting pictures of her and him kissing and he posted the pic of her and him kissing just to get a rise out of me to stir trouble and provoke and pick a fight instigating a fight to get a reaction out of me. Has anyone ever dealt with this level of immaturity before?
