No I rather them give me their number or I rather them ask for mine and then I'd give it to them. Even if I like someone I just can't seem to go up to them and give them my number

Can I ask you this. What are signs you like a male colleague at work versus just being nice.

I don't make it known, lol I avoid eye contact and just avoid them in general. If I'm nice then maybe it's because they talked to me first or I just see them as a co worker. It's easier to be nice to male colleagues that I don't like verses the ones I like. This is just me though and I'm sure there are other women that do make it known by being flirty and smiling
