Just me or a lot of younger women with side rib tattoo's these days?

i seem to see younger women with tattoo's in that location on a regular basis. has been an increase in girls with tattoo's for a number of years and other locations popular too ( arms , back , ankles ) but the side rib area does seem to be one of the most popular places to get one these days despite the fact its actually a hard area to get a tattoo on and needs to heal afterwords.

just me or seeing the same thing?

from what i've seen its also not really an urban trend , seems to be fairly common thing for suburban/rural girls to do as well. perhaps more likely around college age but seen younger and older girls get them too

just found out another girl i know has one , this blonde girl from my gym sudden has a small one on her side rib area , just saw it never seen her with any tattoo's before so must be fairly new , looks great on her though

I don't like tattoos much but i wouldn't get one there. Even when i was a teen didn't think about it there. Hmm. I have one small wrist tattoo and one on my chest tho but their small tattoos since i dont like large ones. To each their own i suppose.

a lot of the side rib tattoo's girls get aren't necessary big in that sense , a lot tend to be fairly small , seen a lot of girls with heart tattoo's there or numbers , roses/flowers also common

true that area is more sensitive and has a longer healing time but a lot of girls still get tattoo's there anyways

its fairly socially acceptable to have a tattoo in general isn't it? not sure why that location be seen as better than somewhere else? some girls like it there cause its semi hidden and they can reveal it when they want

its odd but is girls who want tattoo's but don't want visible tattoo's when in public , so that location is perfect and only visible at beach or maybe a bar if there wearing a small top

Like I said; it's a socially acceptable form of rebellion. She can be rebellious and have a tattoo when she wants to be cool and clean cut when she wants to look a little more professional.

some don't want certain people to know they have tattoo's too , which could be employers or even guys which often find tattoo's sexy , a lot of girls work in positions where there seen by the public a lot. if your a server you might be seen by 100's each day so it makes sense you might not want everyone to know you had a tattoo but this location provides some privacy at times and visible when you want to show it

i noticed side rib tats all summer too , haven't really seen any tramp stamps though , a lot of girls with arm tattoo's here.

a lot of women have jobs where there suppose to look sweet and innocent like nurse , dental assistant , server at restaurant. so makes sense they wouldn't want to display visible tattoo's to the general public , but whats interesting is a lot of those same girls actually have side rib tattoo's you just don't see them a lot of the time but many girls do seem to have them and always seems to be more girls with them here not less as tattoo removal expensive and diffcult

It just, to me, made a better location than anywhere else. My back didn't make sense, my arm is too small for it. I just liked the location on my side.
