Is she just trying to get my attention?
Was she just dancing for the moment?
Why would she be doing this out of a sudden?
Would this only happen at clubs?
Context:
I'm on a park with a close friend with another group of friends where there's some seats near a food truck and a small stage close to the food truck. My close friend knows his friends for at least a year and hangout every once in a while. We were on a bench just chatting while most of my close friend friends (which they're all females). Some of them are just sitting while others are standing, when a good music suddenly starts to go on the stage and the female friends that are standing up becomes aware.
Then they started dancing close to us, when I noticed, the female friends that were standing are dancing close to me and my close friend. The way that they started dancing was by shaking their hips but they do it at the point that me and my close friend are basically looking at them (because they're in our line of sight, they went into our line of sight).
These female friends basically kept doing this sometimes when a good sound comes by and they come very close to us. Mostly the way they danced was by shaking their hips and being very close to us (less than 1 foot of distance). Sometimes they're doing this while they're "looking elsewhere" while in reality they're also aware of what they're doing.
I've never seen this type of behavior before, they move their hips like Shakira with the song: Hips don't lie.
