Girl's Behavior

Can anyone tell me if this girl likes me, has feelings, thinks im her best best best best friend, or is just weird by reading the question underneath?

Me and this girl liked each other at the start of freshman year, i didn't make a move since it was early but before i had a chance a senior picked her up and is dating her. Whenever he's not around which is a lot since she's a fresman and he's a senior she's always flirting with me, touching me (pause), texting me 24/7 and starts the convos, and she be getting an attitude when i flirt with other girls. I dont know if i should just back off and look for someone else or just wait till next year when he goes to college becuase i dont know if she just thinks im like her besttttt best best friend, she still has some kind of feelings, or she's just doing a lot.
