It tells you a lot about a man because it's the one thing he can easily and affordabily control. Have a look at "most wanted" photos the police put out and you'll see some styles are ubiquitous among the criminal classes. Look at pics of incels and women haters and the shit haircuts really stand out.

Truth is if you can't be arsed to get a decent hair cut then your life is probably filled with with other stuff you can't be bothered to make an effort with as well.
