So I have 3 questions: Q:1 What does it mean when someone gets mad or sad when you don't talk to them? Q:2 What does it mean when someone says “see you tomorrow if you’re coming in tomorrow”? I know what the phrase mean but is there a reason why they would say “if you’re coming in tomorrow?” Q:3 what does it mean when someone at work wonders or ask about you when you don’t come in or if you left at your work area?

Q1- mad is because they are stupid (they have no ability to self reflect and it manifests as anger). Sad is because they have low self worth or they feel guilty for doing something to make you not want to communicate.

Q2- because they don't have your schedule memorized and were either fishing for information or conveying that they wish to see you tomorrow.

Q3- they are either bored, nosey, are worried it will affect them, are worried about you, or are in charge so they are supposed to know what is going on.
