Sometimes, if she's really shy and has social anxiety. Or if she's already in a relationship.. it all depends on the situation. At work she may try to avoid someone she's attracted to in order to stay professional.
She is only like this with me. I've been in social situations with her and she is herself around other guys/girls. But with me she is quiet
Either she really doesn't like you, or she does and you make her nervous
Like she starts small conversation with me. Even last week somehow she accidentally sent me a thumbs up in a conversation that was a week old. Now the thing is she was the last one to reply and I chose not to reply as a reply was not needed. Then a week later I get a thumbs up from her at like 6:45am

She's probably just a little shy around you because of the fact that she likes you. If you start showing her attention and talking to her more she'll open up more
