Being looked at has zero significance regarding romantic interest. I don't know why so many guys don't get this. People look at other people and things. It means nothing.
I never think someone is interested in me approaching, so I don't. And I don't have the courage to either.

They do that to everyone dont ask why even they dont know just deal with it
Sometimes I stare back at them other times I ignore them most of the time I dont even notice
Probably for the same reasons that you look at girls but won't talk to them.
