Why do girls always stare at me but never talk to me, or want to get to know me?

Some girls just stare at me and dont say anything. I can always see them from the corner of my eye, and theyre sorta dumb to not think i know what theyre doing. Why the hell do women just stare at men they aren't attracted too? It doesn't make sense. Its funny because these same girls try to be the center of attention when others are around but dont have the same confidence to ask questions or answer their own questions by asking the person theyre staring at. Why are girls so reserved? I just take it as theyre intimidated by me and i go on with my day.

Maybe she is looking at you because she is interested. You are going to be waiting a long time if you expect her to make the first move. That's a guys role. Some women may do it but not a lot. If you find her attractive YOU need to go say hi to her and not wait for her to do it. She'll send you signals but expect YOU to respond and talk to her, if not she'll just go flirt with another guy who will come talk to her.

I doubt they are trying to intimidate you. If they are attracted to you, they probably don't know how to approach you and don't want to embarrass themselves.

Thing is i acted on the situations a couple times. The women ended up not really sounding interested in my questions, or interested in me at all. They dont ask me questions or even talk. Its almost like they just want to be fucking creepy to make me feel weird

Well they may just be intrigued. Do you have any very notable traits such as tattoos or multicolored hair? You may just be interesting to look at

The exact opposite. I have a buzzed head with an average body and 0 tattoos. I've also been called ugly a lot growing up, so i dont know whats so intriguing. I genuinly feel scared and worried like there's something about me that i dont notice thats off
