Why would it take this long to shower?

So, a family member of mine takes an hour and a half to shower. She says it's hard to wash all of her hair. She has hair that goes down to her butt. However, I feel she's doing something else instead of cleaning herself. What do you think?

It will definitely take her longer than average if her hair is that long, though 30 minutes for a shower is quite extreme. My guess is she just likes how it feels, though having a bath seems better for water and stuff if she's in there that long
