Do women shower for longer than men do, because they repeatedly drop and pick up the soap while imagining a big burly beast dominating her?

At least that's what i started doing once i transitioned MTF to become a woman.

Women tend to have longer hair than men and it takes substantially longer to wash long hair than short one. That is one reason why women may take longer than men to take showers.

Now, it seems that women are much more thorough than men when showering. Men can (and will) take more of a superficial shower while women ensure that all their bits and pieces are thoroughly washed and cleaned.

I believe it has to do with the perception of cleanliness all in all. Men tend to be less clean overall than women. I do notice often in public events where there are taps and sinks outside the washroom that men don't wash their hands after they went to the washroom. Body hygiene with men does not matter to them as much as it does to women.

It's kind of related to our skills and occupations.

There's no need to sterilize every square millimeter of our skin when we work digging, cutting, cleaning machinery, which results in picking up so much dirt from outside that the body's own odor pales in comparison.

Women's body smell more than their enviroment when they have sedentary jobs, which is why they stand out if they don't wash constantly.
