I would say she should ignore the trolls on GaG that like to discuss the way she dresses. I would also say good for her for dressing the way she wishes and ignore the boy that has a crush on her.

I think she can do much better. Sure, skimpy clothes attract unwanted attention (obviously), but that is her right to dress the way she feels comfortable. Just like it is your right to dress the way you do without criticism or ridicule... but here we are.
