I once saw a 6"8 muscular young man dressed up as a woman and using the woman's washroom while I was at church and it was just the two of us alone in that washroom area so I would not use a public urinal if it was legal cause a man pretending to be gay might go in to rape the women.

  In the first place, you said he was dressed as a woman. Then, you said he was pretending to be gay? What makes you think someone dressing fem is gay? That's NOT how it works!! Besides, I've seen THOUSANDS of women dressed as guys but nobody ever assumed any of them are gay because of it! I've also seen a few women use the public men's room and not a single guy was afraid they'd get raped while a woman was in there!
  Secondly, IF he IS gay, why would he want to have sex with a woman? Gays aren't interested in straight sex! Besides, it's mostly the priests that do all of the molesting... of little boys!! THOSE men ARE gay but, that doesn't seem to bother you!

Urinals for women do exist, and I've seen them in some places like a sports stadium. I would use urinals designed for women, but not ones made for men.

I think they look a bit strange, but some women swear by them as it means they do not have to sit on a possibly dirty seat. The main point is that they are designed specifically for the women. It is not male urinals in the female bathrooms.

  It's all you need. 2 fingers! One on each side. Lift and separate (or the other way around, if you want) and, from there, you SHOULD be able to aim! You might need to practice a few times but, just think of all the bar bets you could win!!
