I pick my nose a lot, instead of that what should I do?

I don't want to waste a lot of tissue cause I only buy toilet papers. I don't like nasal spray cause I think it makes the stuff goes down right?

You only have a few choices: 1) blow your nose; 2) pick your nose; 3) alternate solution (usually medication) so your nose doesn't run, etc. But 1 or 2 is it. Tissues aren't expensive -- I'd switch to that. The nasal sprays are WAY expensive but they work and, no, they don't make the stuff go down.

The hybrid option is blow your nose in the shower: no tissues required.
