It is no surprise that she was so short with her answer if you simply text a total stranger with "hey". You are lucky she even answered. I would definitely not have replied and probably blocked the number because I am aware that that kind of lengthy message is from a guy that wants something from me.
My recommendation is that you simply forget about that girl because it is leading nowhere. I would also suggest that you brush up a little with your communication skills. If you want people to react, then send a message that has a meaning and that compels or wants people to reply.
