By "naked guy" I don't mean your boyfriend, just a random guy. I also don't mean an encounter of an exhibitionist or other times you might be scared, but more like accidental nudity at a water park or when a guy is caught in the shower. I understand that a guy in such a situation feels awkward and humiliated, but how do you girls feel?

I have never been faced with such a situation because I would not put myself anywhere around a place where that would be subjected to seeing a strange guy undressed.
The only person I am around while clothed and he is naked is my husband. That is only if I am finishing getting ready and he just got out or maybe getting into the shower.
The examples you give are not very realistic. A guy showering? Why would I be remotely close to a shower facility of any sorts with guys in it that I don’t know? Also, nudists? Again, I just wouldn’t be somewhere where I knew that it would be likely that I would be around nude strangers, of either gender.
I think your scenario is very unlikely to happen in the real world. Should I ever be unlucky enough to be faced with such a situation, I would not laugh or smile but just remove myself from wherever I was and go on my way.
I don't smile or laugh and I have never faced such a humiliated situation, thank goodness.
If that would ever be the case (God forbid), then I would simply look away, like a normal person would in such a situation but that would never warrant me to have to smile or laugh at the victim of either a prank or accident.
Furthermore, how would I be able to see a person taking a shower. If a man shows himself taking a shower, then it is because he wants others to see him and that makes him a criminal in my eyes because children could be seeing him as well. Knowing that fact leads me to think that this person may have so pedophiliac tendencies.
I honestly couldn't care less.
