Why do some women have natural hairy armpits and some shave them.

Depends on their culture or anti-culture. If a woman is sexy enough I don't think it really matters. But the ones that tend to do it are big fat nasty looking hook-nosed land whales with a septum ring... possibly with multi-colored hair and they'll take the time to dye their armpit hair too... they want to be disgusting, so just let them do their thing I guess.
