This goes for anybody honestly. If someone is making you uncomfortable you tend to avoid them. Some people might look back a few times to see if the creeper is still creeping but in most cases people will look away and try to avoid eye contact or confrontation. If a girl is making prolonged eye contact with you it's either because she's listening to what you're saying respectfully, she's trying to read you, or she likes looking at you (whether she likes something you're wearing or has feelings for you).

Whenever she is around you or passing by, it is always like she is staring at your feet. She is either frightened or intimidated at this point and neither is good for you especially if the Brothers are aware of it and YOU !!!
