There's this really cute guy at my college, who I find myself staring at a lot. He definitely notices because whenever we see each other on campus, we would make prolong eye contact until we finally pass each other.
The first time it happened was when I was rushing to class and he just came from the restroom (My class is next door to his). We accidentally bumped into each other and he smiled and said "Hi", but I panic, smiled, whispered "Hi" and kinda rush into my class (This literally happened twice under the span of a month, deja vu basically).
This other time I was walking to the women's restroom and I see that he just drank water from the water fountain. We, as usual, find ourselves staring into each other's eyes for five seconds; we break eye contact after I enter the women's restroom. This time and the only time, I gave him a genuine smile, while still staring at him, but he didn't smile back. After leaving the bathroom, I walk past him to get to class and I see his eyes follow me through his peripheral vision. I feel like he only stares at me because I initiate/initiated the stares. But what do you think is going through his mind? he's probably thinking "why is this girl staring at me" lol. by the way, He definitely knows he's cute since he models and I'm sure women throw themselves at him as I've heard other women saying he's attractive. He's confident enough to always stare back which makes me think he probably experiences this a lot.
