Guys, What does a guy think if a girl is constantly looking at him every time she sees him?

Teen guy (18) , Young adult female scenario.

So it was summer 2022 n i met this guy on the bus he was high and didn't notice im not his age n he kinda hit on me gazed raised eyebrows then sit in front of me but as he saw my tights his jaw dropped. I kinda liked him too since then i look at him always but he acts indifferent when sober but some days he's looking when i dont look.

Sounds like fun and games snd it’s a shame that he does not have the confidence to move forward with a date. I am assuming that you are 16 or over. I wouldn’t get meat you unless you could show me a drivers license. Maybe one day he will get courage to move on you.
