Theirs this girl at work, who is shy, but we get on well when we are together and we both joke with each other about anything and everything except NSFW stuff, she always laughs at my jokes (even though most of my jokes are quite bad tbh) and I have noticed she had glanced at me a few times but is avoiding eye contact lately but she still laughs at my jokes.

Could she like me or is she being friendly?

Always err on the side of caution, and assume women are only friendly. Be polite, respectful, and modest- but do not seek desire. Once she gets to know you, gets comfortable, will there be no room for confusion.

But before that, never get into a romantic entanglement with a colleague or coworker. Statistically speaking, it will end in disaster for one or both of you.

If you're anything like me, you'll be awesome and seductive over the next year, but pay little attention to her (just enough to keep her interested and guessing). Then eventually she'll be so into you and fed up with you not talking to her that she'll make the move on you.
