Girl's Behavior

Does she like me or is being friendly?

So there's a girl in my university that's acting kind of weird. She's a very bubbly and bouncy type of girl. So, when I first came into class I'd say she wasn't super interested but then we started to talk more and more and things have changed. This woman would follow me around literally everywhere, she'd leave the friends to walk with me around campus, come find me in the piano room and flirt. For example, she'd do the thing women do when they want to grab your attention which is casually touch your shoulder or arm or even pull my hand to read the time. She'd laugh a lot and we'd flirt around a lot, she'd gently punch me in the arm when I tease her. She even said when we were walking together, "I fear your judgement and can't look at you sometimes." Whilst laughing. Why would she say this? Another thing she do is fidget a bit when near me and even talk about sex sometimes. What's going on am I just dense?
