All I said was " it's a nice bike you have here". This girl giggled after I said that. This was during the moment when I saw the girl I like fall off her bike. I was driving behind her as she was pulling out of the driveway. She had fallen off so I pulled over and got out of my car. I went to make sure she was ok. Once she was ok and we were talking about how she fell off I said " the important thing is you are ok, on lighter note that is a nice bike you have"

In that context, it means she finds you attractive and wants you to ask her out. You rescued her, then you talked for a while and showed more evidence of your good character, which probably turned her on, so by the time you made the comment about the bike, she probably would have giggled easily about many other things you could have said.
