After I get off the treadmill at planet fitness, She’s at the water fountain and she’s looking at me and I finally give eye contact so she smiles and walks away.

Definitely not supposed to chase her. Women give a lot of friendly positive signals around just to be "nice" or polite and sometimes even to hide their discomfort, so don't take that as a sign that she wants to be chased. Let her give you more obvious signals like finding an excuse to have a small talk with you or to be more often around you, etc. Start talking with her in an "uninterested" way, like if you're minding your business and talking like a random friend to her, an acquaintance. That will give her space to show more interest to continue conversations or to open to you and stuff that can lead you to ask her out at some point, or just to get to know her better and form a bond by opening to each other.
Smile alone is really not enough to come so strong as chasing her, you risk the opposite effect while she maybe considered you a "maybe" before.

Be honest and this is when i used my dating card. If you do not get a "Business card" with name, picture, email. Give this too her. She will appreciate keeping your numbers private until she gets to know your "psycho" arse... This impresses and this guy has his crap together. She is showing and telling girlfriends. You think he is hoe or professional business or both.

That's not enough to say she's into you. Although women at the gym will often do things to get your attention but pretend they're not, I don't know if this is one of those moments. You would need to see more activity from her. Especially if she goes out of her way to actually speak to you, and it will usually be for a dumb reason.

Don't do or say anything. Just keep observing and see what she'll do if she's really into you.
