How do you know if a woman is nervous around a guy she likes or nervous because she fears for her safety?

Usually if a girl likes a guy she'll want to be around him more. If she's shy, she'll probably blush a lot, giggle a lot, try to be closer to you physically, her body will face your direction more often, have more open body posture, basically show signs she's comfortable around you. She's just having a difficult time expressing her emotions.

If she's afraid of you, she'll tend to have more closed off body posture, try to distance herself from you physically, her body will face away from you or towards a door, or she will try her best to get out of the situation as soon as possible.

But I disagree overall. The 2nd part may usually mean the opposite based on the insecurities and hate women have. The 1st part may actually mean that she's just putting on an act to pretend like she's interested. That is because women are nurtured to be "the prize" and conditioned to think too highly of themselves.
