I think it's a perspective thing. Like I've been with a couple tall women, and their boobs look average, but then when I was holding them they're bigger than my hand just because of the frame of reference. Maybe it's the same because that titty could be the size of a head, but you're comparing it to a gulf-cart, so it's lost in the frame of reference.

Depends on distribution of fat. Some don't end up with that much in their breasts compared to their stomach, face, arms and legs. Proportionally, those are small, but those on their own are not.

I would say its generic, proportionally they are small however they are still probably bigger than average. If she lost weight they may stay the same size, but they may also shrink as she burns fat.
