First. The average cup size is a B. So no most don’t. Most girls do wear padding plus padded bras. also, most girls reveal themselves much more than in the past so maybe it seems that way.

Not really. People just like to feel good about themselves. Same reason as wearing makeup. You could say that’s a lie too. Or wearing coloured contacts. Or colouring your hair when it’s going grey. It’s life.

Mostly likely this is confirmation bias; you have a preconcieved idea and you are filtering out information which doesn't fit your idea and focusing only on the information which does.

I don't know where you live, but back home int he US (Philadelphia, specifically) very few girls were beyond a D cup. Most were B's and C's, which was disappointing. And most Korean girls over here are flat-chested.
