She's probably nervous and worried about saying something that will screw up the vibe.
I even helped her the day she fell off her bike. She said she really appreciated it that night. Then she'll like help me with something small. And start talking to me more. Then go all quiet with me again

After that she was quite chatty with me the following week. Everything felt good. Then this week she seemed quiet with me again. Does she like dislike me or something.

Like I said; I have no way of knowing. Just take a deep breath and let things happen how they happen.
