Today at school i was chilling on the hallways when the girl came (she was talking with a teacher) and i said her name jokingly for her notice me and she turned around and smiled at me and looked happy, does she likes me?

not enough information to possibly say. It could very well mean that. But it doesn't necessarily. You need to look at the rest of the context. If she has done other little things that might suggest she might like you... then the odds that the smile meant she likes you go way way up. If, on the other hand, this is the first and only sign (even minor) that she might like you... then it suggests that it was simply a friendly smile and doesn't mean she likes you. It's all about what context this happened in.
