But she stares at me a lot each day from far away even turning back to check on me
And when I'm alone she stares at me when she thinks no one else is looking
So I stared back and she looked away started twirling her hair and sucking her lips

She is very nervous.
I do the same when I like someone. I get too shy and sometimes I evan make myself mad at the person I like. I think she works like me.
You have to put her in a situation where she can't leave. Like once she has chosen her seat at the lunch table sit infront of her or if you are a group talking about something say her name asking for a related question so people around her can hear it.
I evan quit a job based on this and some other stuff

So what happened was she's working opposite shifts😭 and we only say hi twice. she got all nervous had to take a deep breath and then said I'm good in a soft girly voice was really weird then she said hi and she took 20 seconds to reply. it's really annoying I never see her now

So weird today we worked close by to each other same times. and she just got on with her work but she seems to have changed behaviour she avoided me and ignored me used to stare a lot.
