At home I'm either nude or various forms of undress, just depends on the time and day. After work I'll usually strip down to undies till I go shower. After a shower it's either a shirt, or just nothing. During the monthly visitor then of course undies all the time and a bra to keep the girls from moving too much.

I have to wear underwear, tried going commando, didn't like it.

As for the bra part, I don't wear it unless I absolutely have to. Don't like the feeling of being constricted, and the weight of my DDs causes the bra straps to dig into my shoulders. I don't have the luxury to go braless in public as I don't have a small and perky chest.
