Is it okay to smell your sweat?

I sniff myself all the time. I like to see if I'm fresh, or sometimes I'm just curious what I smell like, lol.

People who claim they don't smell themselves, my question is how would they know when to refreshen themselves with deodorant, or when to change their socks? lol.

I like the way I smell, but then again, I'm different than other people!

It is okay to smell your sweat in the right context -- you've just worked hard, finished a workout, or something like that. Then bathe. But it's not inherently bad.

sweat is gross unless it’s on a sexy man doing heavy work. so no, I do not like sweat lol

No. It means I need to put deodorant on. Well sometimes before it stinks it smells like rain and I kind of secretly like it
