Why do people stare at me so much on the street?

I live in Brazil in a small town whenever I go out on the street I get a lot of looks that sometimes bother me and detail I don't go out on the street in a vulgar way I usually go out in pants and a blouse
but with the makeup I have a certain impression that they are judging me even though it is not true But why do people look at me so much, I would like to know why? would be something in my appearance

Yes you look like an attractive woman so all the stating if it's mostly by men, then there's a high chance these men are sexualizing you, which if I'm not mistaken many women can relate to, how do they stare tho? In disgust, anger, etc

It is called freedom, i stare at women out on the street and i won't stop it. They even tried to make it a crime in my country.
