Why does my female best friend likes to rub my belly?

We are both females. She always offer to rub my belly or sometimes she ask me to rub hers. She told me that she's more comfortable doing that with me then her other friends. She always love to hang out with me and sometimes we'll cuddle even though she told me she's not interested in women. I'm not sure if she's into me or just being friendly? She once told me that I'm her favorite #3 friend which made me happy. Also, if I'm her favorite third friend, why not hang out with your priority friend more? She's a really confusing friend. She probably is confused of her feelings (so am I).

Anyone know what this means?

She seems like she might have feelings for you maybe, she's clearly glued to you for a reason and straight friends don't touch each other or cuddle with each other unless they are comfortable enough to do so which this form of comfort only comes from a form of attraction to that other person.

This can be quite complicated, like you said your friend must still be in the questioning as you are. But its still too much of a stretch to say she is interested in you. If you aren't uncomfortable with it, maybe see where things progress?
