How do I figure out if she has a tattoo or not?

one of my female friends has left me totally confused as to if she has a tattoo or not , considering i know her in real life you wouldn't think it matter if i knew or not. it started last summer , one night late at the bar she was drunk and told a guy she had one but its supposedly in a hidden location so you can't see it and fairly small , claimed to have one in her back/butt area if that makes sense. but never seen any pictures of her with a tattoo on her body anywhere , obviously doesn't have one on her arms or legs , cause i've seen those parts of her

also the girl she's best friends with has a side rib tattoo , seen a picture of it , which was partly why i though she might also end up getting one there as there pretty close and seem to do all the same things but seen no evidence she has one there but kind of a tough area to see unless she's at the beach or wearing a really tiny top that shows off that area

i've never asked or liked talk to her about tattoo's , seems like such an odd thing to bring up unless it came up through conversation some other way

In the time it took to write that you could have asked her to show it to you. If I had a tattoo under my boob a lot more guys would get to see my boobs just by asking to see my tattoo.

but i don't know if she really has one or not , so seem odd to ask to see something that might not even exist?
feel like maybe it go over better if she was like already talking about tattoo's or someone else showed there's when we were around so it wouldn't seem as odd to ask her if she had one or not

new clue emerged today , not on her but i noticed her best friend suddenly has a tattoo its on her ankle and not sure when she got it , she was wearing shorts today at work so i noticed it. but pretty sure the other girl does not have one there too as i saw her in shorts the other day and didn't notice anything in that area

but if her best friend does in fact have a tattoo now , does seem even more possible that she might also have one somewhere

as mentioned just seems like an odd thing to ask out of the blue and supposed location would require me to pretty much see her butt area to prove or disprove its existence. i did find a picture last summer that showed her in a bikini but its on an angle and only shows half her butt , was no tattoo but could still be on the other side which wasn't visible

i do talk to her , but i'd basically be asking if she has a clover tattoo on her butt or not , she told that guy she had a clover tattoo on her butt check but i recall everything else she told him was true , only thing which seemed odd was the tattoo as it was never mention before and never been mentioned since that night
