I realized that when she became happy buying things, eating or doing something I also became happy and watched her during our 10 day Italy journey as group of teachers. I have been sending her gifts since then to make her happy. Is this a normal behaviour?
It’s not abnormal to want to get someone a gift. But is it normal only for her to be happy doing those things? I mean really how many things can you buy her to keep her happy? What if someone else comes around who has more money, who can buy her a car or a boat? Then what? She’s going to leave you? Something tells me there’s more to it going on there than you know about. It should never be a man’s job to make a woman completely happy, she has to find that w in herself. Whether that’s through unfulfilled dreams, didn’t finish school, etc. Otherwise she will never really be happy. Those gifts will only make her happy for a few days, maybe a week.

You are overthinking this. It's neither perverted nor a syndrome.
Making someone happy is a human thing.
this really isn't that weird I think your looking to much into it this just shows your love language is gift giving and you care about your partner and enjoy seeing them happy.

None, it shows selflessness
